Oilskin canvas has no stretch, is pliable, slightly water repellent and great for tote bags, and jackets with a rugged look! This fabric creases naturally upon use and handling for that rustic feel. 

It has a great mid weight that is suitable for sewing with domestic machines. It has a slight greasy feel that wears off with handling and use.

This print is sold in 1/2 m increments. For 1 m please select a quantity of 2 and so on. Your order will be cut straight off the bolt in my pet free and smoke free studio.

A great fabric for coats, jackets or bags. I made a bag and I love the look of this.

Love this fabric

So easy to sew. I used it for making bags and it's a great alternative to waxed canvas. It does however need to be interfaced for structure weh using it for bag making but I had no issues getting the interfacing to fuse to it. I'd definately purchase more.
