Very few swatches in stock; no response to email inquiry.

I purchased the sample sheet of the bamboo knits a few weeks ago. Once the samples arrived, I figured out what we wanted, and then went to the website to order. However, nearly all the bamboo French terry solids knits are sold out. I emailed to see when there would be more in stock, but have yet to receive a response. Not only have a wasted money on ordering a sample card of fabric swatches, but I have also been gouged the cost of shipping. At $5, this is over double the amount it costs to ship oversized letter mail with Canada Post. A couple sheets of paper are $2 to mail at most. Consider removing the sample cards from your website if you do not have them in stock, and a timely response to customer concerns would be appreciated.

Hi Courtney, firstly I thank you very much for your feedback. I did try looking everywhere for your email inquiry, and I could not find any email, or store messages from you, I am sorry if maybe somehow the wrong contact info was used.
Our inventory is also low now unfortunately due to COVID, our suppliers are trying their very best to meet demands, so quite a few colours are on backorder but we do have them returning at some point. We also encourage you to sign up for the product back in stock email.
And as far as the lettermail charges, this $5 is a standard lettermail checkout option we have set on our website. We do combine the bamboo jersey and french terry into one card and only charge $5 for both bases, in order to optimize your costs as well.

Excellent Online Shop

This was my first order with Prairie Love Knits. My purchase arrived very fast, was very well packed. The material was exceptionally well cut, neatly folded and the entire order was wrapped in tissue before shipping material was applied. It also included a wee love note to say thank you. And a delightful llama sticker.
The material is beautiful and the swatch card will make future colour choices much easier.
I will not hesitate to order again and will recommend this shop to my sewist friends. Thank you for a terrific online shopping experience.
